The following Zip Codes are PARTLY within the circle: 

77008 = only a tiny bit just inside West Loop 610 is inside the count circle. 

77024 = practically speaking, this Zip Code is entirely within the count circle (just a very little bit within Memorial Park east of the polo club is outside of the circle). 

77027 = in the circle is the area roughly west of a line connecting Westpark and Loop Central with the end of Inverness just south of Buffalo Bayou.

 77031 = the only portion in the circle is a small area immediately south of Keegans Bayou just west of Gessner.

 77040 = inside the circle is very roughly anything south of a line connecting Langfield and Drowsy Pine with W. Little York and Waxwell and then to Windfern and Emmott and finally Highway 290 and Senate.
