Arboretum after Ike

Note: Building, trails and grounds are closed until further notice. Please check this website or call 713-681-8433 for recorded updates.

The Arboretum building seems to have received no damage, however, power has yet to be restored. Staff and volunteers have been working every day to clear the driveway, parking lot, and trails.

Volunteers: Work on the trails and grounds to remove debris is scheduled every morning, Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.. Closed toe shoes and long pants (vs. shorts) are required. Minimum age for volunteers is 16 yrs.
